Grace Lawson is a queer, mixed media artist from Houston TX. They are both a visual and performing artist, with a previous six years as a professional performer that continue to influence their lens-based work today. Through their work, Lawson explores themes of identity, history, and the contemporary queer experience. They received their MFA in Photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design, and are currently based in Savannah, GA.
